Patrick Coyne will discuss the history and philosophy of the magazine, how CA's competitions work and how creatives are chosen for profiles in the magazine. He will also present a selection of award-winning design and advertising projects produced on limited budgets and discuss the future of creativity in the post-information age.

Benefits of Joining AIGA
Full-time graphic design students are eligible for a student membership rate of $75 for up to four years. You must provide documentation of your full-time status when you join and when you renew your student membership by sending either a copy of your current student ID or your bursar's receipt.
Professional membership is $295 as a student you can join AIGA for $50. Checks made out to Prototype. All checks do to Andrea by Sept 26.
AIGA student members gain access to an incredible networking tool: the AIGA online membership directory (listing all 15,000 members across the country). Student members also receive Transitions, a monthly e-newsletter addressing the transition from school to work and may purchase the design annual, 365: AIGA Year in Design at a deep discount.
